Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the human resources function within our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. This role is key to building a productive, compliant, and motivated workforce aligned with the company’s objectives and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s goals and local labor laws.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for staff, engineers, and site personnel, ensuring qualified and timely hires.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to integrate new hires effectively into the company.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally and confidentially.
• Monitor and manage employee performance appraisal processes and recommend development plans.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs in coordination with finance and leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company standards.
• Develop and lead employee engagement initiatives to promote retention, morale, and productivity.
• Advise and support management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and HR best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
• Experience (+7 years) in human resources, with at least 3 years in an HR leadership or managerial role, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR compliance regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple HR priorities simultaneously.
